Role Vision

As Customer Success Lead, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping how expertise is delivered, working directly with top-tier consultants to maximize their impact through our platform. This high-impact role will determine the quality of experience that consultants have on Wizly and drive the flywheel effect of attracting more experts and growth of the company.

Core Responsibilities

1. Consultant Success & Growth

  • Design and implement onboarding journeys that drive rapid platform adoption
  • Create success frameworks for different consultant segments
  • Build scalable processes for AI-Twin optimization and knowledge base development
  • Monitor and improve key metrics including:
    - 3x increase in client capacity
    - 75% reduction in non-billable work
    - 2.8x revenue growth for users

2. Program Development & Execution

  • Develop the "AI-Powered Practice" onboarding program
  • Create targeted initiatives for different consulting specialties
  • Design and run workshops on maximizing platform ROI
  • Build case studies and success playbooks
  • Implement best practice sharing mechanisms

3. Community Leadership

  • Build and nurture the "Wize Ones" community
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between consultants
  • Create networking opportunities and collaboration programs
  • Organize and moderate office hours and community engagement sessions

3. Platform Optimization

  • Drive adoption of key platform features
  • Work with product team on feature improvements
  • Provide regular feedback on program structure based on consultant experiences
  • Document and share success stories across the community
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in AI, SaaS or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of consulting business models and professional services
  • Experience with AI platforms or digital transformation projects
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proven track record of helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes
